Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the purchaser or if the package is marked “unclaimed”, we will notify you by email. You will then be refunded for the product minus shipping and handling for the returned product. If your order included free shipping the rate will be calculated based on normal shipping rate. 

Can I change information after I place an order?
We cannot change the shipping address or change items after an order have been placed. Attempt to cancel by contacting us. However we do not guarantee we’ll be able to change the order before shipment.

Returns

If you have not opened the container of the products you are allowed to send them back for a refund (within 60 days from purchase). Once the package arrives at Strafe's warehouse you will be refunded for the product minus shipping and handling for the returned product.
